The Blog
Welcome to my Blog
Read Watch and Think
The blog is an attempt to share my perspective on the books and the movies that i have read and seen and in the meanwhile trying to help people with their selection of books and movies. My attempt is not to outright kill somebody’s effort in writing a book or trying to make a good movie but rather point out where i felt it impressed me or failed to impress me and doing so in a genuine manner. These are all personal perspectives

Merrilanil, you recently liked one of my blog posts and I wondered if you would consider reviewing my latest book, Earth Sentinels.
Here’s the book description:
“Riveting! A must read!” Shaman Elizabeth Herrera’s personal experiences deeply influenced this poignant adventure featuring a group of shamans, a fallen angel and indigenous peoples who use supernatural powers to save the planet from mankind’s greed, corruption and indifference. Inspired by current events, Earth Sentinels leads you through the world’s most pressing issues, offering amazing insights while instilling hope.

Hello Shannon,
I really like your website. Are you still accepting reading requests? I have published a book recently and would love to have a review from a neutral party (somebody that doesn’t tell me what they think I want to hear). My email is mara.oudenes@gmail.com

Hello,
I hope my message finds you well. My name is Ahmed Amin, and my author name is A. H. Amin. I am a dentist – by day – but at the darkest hours in the serenity of my mind, I am a story teller. I write to you today in hopes that you would consider reviewing my novella, Kima. The story is a 126 pages of inspirational fantasy that I would like to share with the world, and I believe with your help and review we can make that happen.
Here’s a synopsis of my novel.
“Christmas Eve 1928 gave birth to a yearly phenomenon in South Africa. A herd of false killer whales were found beached upon the shore. It has also given birth to the story of two young children who meet an old woman named Kima. Kima somehow knows why this has happened, but that’s not all she knows. The children, Alex and Alice, realize that there is more to this woman that what meets the eye, and ear. She will reveal to them a tale, a mysterious story she claims was passed on to her by a mythical Black Seagull.
Derived from both historic tales and figures, Kima is a fictional character portrayed in a way that makes her become real.”
I hope you would find my novella to be what you would appeal to, and I hope to hear from you soon.
Kindest regards,
A. H. Amin
